Baking Instructions:

Remove the traditional pie from the freezer.

Preheat your oven to 180^oC.

Bake for about 35 minutes.

Adjust duration of cooking and temperature to the oven.

The product cannot be cooked in a microwave oven.

Filling?: feta cheese(30%),(pasteurized sheep and goat?milk,rennet,calcium chloride,salt),mizithra(pasteurized sheep and goat?whey,pasteurized sheep and goat?cream,salt),rice flour,semolina (wheat),vegetable oil (extra virgin olive oil (5%),sunflower oil),vegetable margarine [vegetable oils,(seed oil,sunflower oil) and vegetable fat (palm oil)in varying proportions,water,emulsifiers: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids]salt,white pepper.

In the freezer at -12^oC for one month.

In the freezer at -18^oC until the expiration date.

If the product is defrosted should not be frosted again.
